The name of the house is ancient French for ‘white gander’. The farm was built around 1830. The house is situated away from the main road and about 10 minutes from the highway. The front of the house is southfacing. On either side of the house there are terraces: a roof covered terrace on the eastside and an open terrace on the westside. Here you sunbathe and enjoy evening meals watching the beautiful sunset.

The house has recently been restored, while maintaining the ‘olde’ features, and is very comfortable.
The entrance to the house opens into the dining room. At the back of this dining room lies the fully fitted kitchen, with dishwasher, big stove, microwave and fridge.
On the other side of the dining room there is a spacious living room with a magnificent fireplace. The living room opens up to the open terrace on the west side. At the back of the house there is a big bathroom, with bath and separate shower. There is also an utility room with washingmachine and dryer. The house is equiped with internet/WIFI and television including (free to air) English channels.

Upstairs there is a large landing with a second toilet. On this floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with fitted wardrobe, mezzanine and washstand. This bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) The second bedroom had two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and the third bedroom has a doublebed (1.40 x 2.00 m). On the second level there is another landing opening up to the fourth bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, but with two single mattresses and two single dovets).

The house has about 200 m2 of living space and can easily accommodate six to eight people (not more than 6 adults).

The garden is about 5,000 m2. There are six mountainbikes, a large trampoline and during the Summer holiday weeks a above ground put-up swimmingpool of approximately 5 m in diameter and 1.20 m in height.

The house is not suitable for people with impairments.
